Visa approvals, appointment availability, processing timelines, or rejections are solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority.
Travel Kreators shall not be responsible for:

• Financial losses arising due to visa-related issues
Visa fees, insurance fees, processing charges, consultation fees, and appointment charges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds may take up to 45 working days to reflect in the original payment method depending on banking channels, supplier processing timelines, and payment gateway procedures.
Travel Kreators acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa agencies, and tour operators.
We shall not be liable for:
• Flight cancellations or delays
• Hotel overbooking
• Baggage loss
• Service deficiencies by suppliers
• Schedule changes or disruptions
Users acknowledge that supplier terms and conditions shall also apply separately.
Users shall not:
